In the last few years the term User Experience has come to the fore, and with it we’ve seen the rise of the UX Designer.
Every few months someone tweets a pair of images, one will be a biscuit (labeled ‘UI’), and the other will be a smug face eating said biscuit (labeled ‘UX’).

What is a “product”? Until recently, the term was only used in relation to something material (telephone, TV, refrigerator), but progress can’t be stopped, this term can now relate to plans from wireless providers, different types of banking services to services and applications in IT. We will now discuss the latest type of products.

Working as interaction Designer for Strawberries in Brussels for a international client, a lot of time spent traveling, in hotels and (crowded) meeting rooms. UX (User Experience) is all those elements and factors related to the user’s interaction with a particular environment or device which generate a positive or negative perception of the product, brand or device. UX is subjective and focused on use.
